Description
This trail takes first takes you through a patch of pine plantation. Crossing the railway line you stroll over a concrete bridge of the Mac Mac River and then go down into the indigenous forest where you reach the Forest Fall. These falls are much wider than they are high. You will then walk uphill for a few meters until you reach the hut again. The last stretch is fairly easy.
Please Note
If you are hiking the trail during the rainy season, some of the paths may be very muddy. Parts of the hike go through a Komatieland timber harvesting, so you may come across trees that have been cut down, be aware of the markers to ensure you stay on the correct track.
