Sushi has become a favourite delicacy for many South Africans and even though we really love it, very few people actually find the time to learn how to make it. But what if you could have your very own sushi chef on call to make sushi in your own kitchen whenever you feel like it?

If you feel like some sushi but prefer to enjoy it with friends in the comfort of your own home, Michael is your man. Michael not only makes the sushi for you, but brings an Eastern experience with him, in the form of traditional chopstick plates, a special sushi ship for plating, and traditional eastern pictures, to name but a few!

Michael has a night time travelling sushi restaurant and goes wherever you need him. It’s really as simple as giving him a call and telling him what you would like. From there it’s easy enough to sort out the details. Although he can work out custom packages according to your needs, we recommend you go for his R180 per person package which is basically an all you can eat spoil.

Packages start from R180 per person, with a 10% discount if you have more than 15 people & a 20% discount if you have more than 25 people. Children under 10 years old only pay R50.

Not a sushi fan? Not a problem! Michael offers dishes such as Chow mei chow fann (fried rice) or sweet-sour pork/chicken or beef for only R130 per person.

Sushi take-away also available in dishes/platters @ R5 per piece.

Michael will bring everything he needs and just requires a little bit of space to work his magic (and a stove of course). He works neat as a pin and is on hand should you want to know a little more about what he does, or would like to try your hand at making sushi.
