Oral and maxillofacial surgery is used to treat many diseases, injuries and defects in the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of the oral (mouth and maxillofacial, jaws and face region).
Dr Pieter Scheepers is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with bachelor’s degrees in dentistry (BChD) University of Pretoria, medicine (MB ChB) University of Pretoria and a master’s degree in dentistry and medicine in maxillofacial oral surgery MChD Chir Max-Fac-Med University Pretoria with distinction in maxillofacial and oral surgery.
He received additional training in Vienna, University of Odense in Denmark as well as the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA.
Dr Scheepers has practiced in Nelspruit since 1997 and specialises in the treatment of the following conditions:
