Nicole Niven decided to give up her job as teacher to become a full-time mommy. But it wasn’t long before her little bundle of joy inspired her to start a business.

According to Nicole, her daughter Ella Liesl was a dream come true as she always wanted to be a mommy. “She is an absolute joy and being able to be a stay-at-home mom is the greatest privilege. When Ella was born I bought a wrap-type baby sling but found it to be very uncomfortable and terribly hot in our warm Lowveld climate. I knew I could create a better, cooler and more comfortable product and almost immediately set off to do so.”

What Nicole came up with is a simple, yet practical baby wrap which she has been using from when Ella was three weeks old. “Ella is now a year and I still use the wrap which goes to show it really is quite versatile.”
