Heidel Eggs Corporate Cook-Off | Photos 2017
White River, Bagdad – The Heidel Eggs Corporate Cook-off had 14 teams competing this year, and the competition was sizzling hot! Each team had to prepare a dish from a selection of ingredients, of which eggs had to feature. The companies were very inventive and the dishes were original, colorful and well-prepared.
The teams this year included Buco Nelspruit and Whiteriver, Vodacom4U Nelspruit and Hazyview, Bigfoot Express Freight – Pty Ltd, NTT Toyota White River, Milviforce Puma N4 Nelspruit, Nedbank, Protea Hotel by Marriott Nelspruit, Swift Group Pty Ltd, RISE fm 943, Radio Laeveld 100.5FM, Nozihle Cleaning, PricewaterhouseCoopers Nelspruit, BVK Tobias Chartered Accountants and Steval Pumas Rugby Team.
The judges panel consisted of acclaimed chefs Koos Vermeulen from KoosKook, Pieter Malan from The Blue Print Restaurant, GT Lundie from Zest Restaurant | Fine Wines, Moya Lesia from Kombu Sushi and Oyster Bar and Caedon from Premier Hotel The Winkler.
Congratulations to Bigfoot Express Freight, who walked away with the 1st prize.
