Kenneth Nkosi’s Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Actor and comedian, Kenneth Nkosi brings humor and his cooking skills to the BONA kitchen.
Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Serves 2
10 minutes
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh coriander 1 apple, grated » cup (125ml) breadcrumbs
- 4 chicken breast, skinned and deboned
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Melt margarine in a frying pan.
3. Add onion and coriander, cook for 2 minutes.
4. To make the stuffing, put onion mix into a bowl; add apple and breadcrumbs.
5. Cut a horizontal slit in each chicken breast.
6. Spoon the stuffing into the chicken pocket (where you made the cut in the chicken breast).
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
