Eliminating Antibiotics from your lifestyle
Present society has relied on antibiotics to effectively save lives. Recent studies have shown that antibiotics may indeed, cause more damage in the long run – eliminating them altogether would improve your health.

This led to the discovery of even more antibiotics being produced and pharmaceutical salespeople invading doctors’ offices and hospitals, professing their antibiotics were better than the others.
The problem is that antibiotics have been extremely over-prescribed and in most cases they can be very toxic. For this reason they should be left as a final resort. There are various inexpensive natural methods that work better with far fewer adverse effects.

Avoid meat that is not fresh, especially pork, ham and bacon. Restrooms can be riddled with germs, remember to wash your hands when you enter and when you leave. Don’t place your baggage, clothing or purses on the floor.
Rest, sleep and diet - A healthful diet allows for the adequate intake of nutrients including vitamins A, C, E, selenium and zinc, which are crucial for the immune system. Fresh, organic, unsprayed foods have higher amounts of nutrients than the processed ‘junk’ foods so commonly consumed today. Search for antibiotic-free and hormone-free meats. Remember to drink water to boost your immune system by ensuring the elimination of toxins in your system.
Reduce Toxic Exposure – eliminate your exposure to toxic chemicals found in your food, water, air or cosmetic products. Use air purifiers in your home and don’t store toxic solvents and cleaning agents inside your home. Colloidal Silver is one of the most safest and effective substitute for an antibiotic. It works on a wide variety of organisms, including many bacteria, virus, fungus and some parasites.
Bee propolis is an excellent, very low toxicity natural remedy. It’s not as potent as others, but is a great support for all infection.
