Dog-fight case update
We would like to commend and thank the Western Cape Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for taking decisive disciplinary action against an employee of said department who was arrested on the 14th of May, 2011, together with nine other individuals engaged in a dog-fighting tournament near Plettenberg Bay.
Mr. Endemann was dismissed on Friday after disciplinary hearing, reportedly for bringing the department into disrepute. He has not been found guilty in any court yet.
We would like to encourage the Eastern Cape Department of Correctional Services to take disciplinary action against their Queenstown SAADA Facility employee who remains employed as a prison warden, despite being out on bail for the same incident.
They will all again appear before the Knysna Regional Court on Friday the 13th of April, 2012.
