Helping our sea Cadets stay afloat
The local Sea Cadet Unit, TS Knysna, has expressed gratitude for help they have recently received from local businesses.
“We would like to thank the following organisations for their support in keeping our ship afloat during this pandemic: Jim Parkes of Geo Parkes & Sons, Knysna RIB Adventures, Knysna Village Pharmacy, Pick-a Paint, Caltex Van Halderen and St George’s Anglican Church.
Your kind support creates vision and hope for the youth of Knysna,” said Officer Commanding, Lieutenant Charl Lamini.
The sea cadets received help in the form of maintenance products, training equipment, safety equipment, and some organisations even contributed funds towards their municipal services accounts.
