Fashion branches off to its roots
ACE Models Knysna, Plett and Sedgefield took its fashion back to its roots on Saturday 1 June with its Fashion by Nature Show held at Woodmill Lane.
While it may be thousands of years since humankind last wore leaves or plants in general as full-on items of clothing, nothing could stop 28 models from making their mark by leaving a green footprint all over Woodmill Lane.
Designing an outfit was as easy as pinning a few leaves on a jacket, but that definitely couldn’t hold the designers and models back from conceptualising and sporting some truly incredible outfits at the show.
The models took part in four different categories, divided by age so as to provide fair competition amongst each other.
For more information on the show and who the winners were, keep an eye on this week’s edition of the Knysna-Plett Herald.
