Jetour has officially launched its T1 SUV in South Africa, debuting alongside the larger T2 as part of the brand’s new T-series lineup
Both models were unveiled at a media event in Cape Town, with sales beginning in mid-November through Jetour’s 55 dealerships across Southern Africa.
Engines and Performance
- 1.5-litre turbo petrol (Edge & Aspire trims): 125kW, 270Nm, front-wheel drive.
- 2.0-litre turbo petrol (Xplora & Odyssey trims): 180kW, 375Nm, paired with Jetour’s XWD Intelligent 4WD system.
- All models feature a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
- 4WD versions include eight drive modes, such as Sport, Snow, Mud, Sand, and X-mode.
