Rock ’n Ride 4 Rhino appeals to schools & public
Rock ’n Ride 4 Rhino will be arriving in Jason Hartman’s home province, Kwa-Zulu Natal on the 22nd May until the 23rd of June 2013.
They have seen 12 000 learners , over 20 schools and counting. With the help of these schools and their learners they have potentially raised over R3 million, which makes this the largest conservation fundraiser to date.
By the time the team reach Durban, they would have driven approximately 5000km out of the possible 20 000km. Rock ’n Ride is appealing to all schools, learners, teachers and the public to help them achieve their target of R20 million! This is an enormous operation that requires all of us, as a country, to pull together and get involved.
The presentation done by Jason Hartman and Dave Estment is only 30 minutes in duration and is filmed and photographed, then put on several media platforms to promote not only your school, but your efforts to save this endangered species.
To date we have lost 300 rhino in 2013, they have recently become extinct in the Limpopo Park in Mozambique. This highlights the fact that now is the time to act.
