5 Workouts You Can Do Anywhere
When cutting back on expenses, gym memberships are usually the first to go. Even if you’re just too intimidated to even sign up for gym (we’ve been there), you can achieve your fitness goals anywhere by using your body weight – no expensive equipment required.
Here is an exercise routine that you can do in the lounge, hotel room or at the beach.
- Mountain Climber – Tones your legs, core and upper arms
- Excer Punching – Strengthens chest, shoulders and arms
- Squat and Kick – Improves your balance and tones your bum and thighs
- Tricep Dips – Tones those upper arms
- Burpees – Entire body workout
