Harties Water Sports Centre

Enjoy a day in the sun at the Harties Water Sports Centre, which is situated on the shores of the beautiful Hartbeespoort Dam, next to the Hartbeespoort Animal and Snake Park (better known as Harties Zoo).

Their Fleet of 6 Boats will meet all your water sports needs as they offer: Pleasure Boat Cruises, Speed Boat Cruises, Speed Boat Rental, Tube Rides and Wave Snake rides. Wetsuits  changing rooms, showers and towels available.

Harties Water Sports Centre offers daily cruises.

Getting there: Situated at Hartbeespoort Dam Snake & Animal Park in Scott Street, Schoemansville, close to the tunnel.

Toro Ya Me Cruise Boat

Toro Ya Me is the latest addition to a popular fleet of large boats operating on Hartbeespoort Dam. The boat is capable of hosting a variety of functions which include conferencing and other types of corporate activities, over and above that of just a fun get together, or a pleasant sunset cruise. 

The vessel is of a modern design and is renowned for its unusual looks. She was built by a leading engineering company under the watchful eye of a structural engineer. Toro Ya Me in the local Tswana language means “my dream” and this dream boat welcomes you to join them on an unforgettable cruise in the heart of the Magaliesberg.

The boat seats 35 persons comfortably and is expertly rigged out to host a variety of special and unusual functions. Some of the more popular cruises are corporate meetings, private functions and celebrations. The boat offers a highly experienced and well trained crew. They take pride in our superb onboard service as well as our certified safety features. The crew will take care of your immediate needs while you simply sit back to enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

Toro Ya Me offers 1 hour boat cruises  on Saturdays (13h30 – 14h30).
