Fantastic opportunity for a service driven Butler to join a well-established 5* boutique property based in the heart of George.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Customer service delivery – receiving guests upon arrival; carry out in-room check-ins , taking orders, setting up & serving; attending to all guest needs eg tours / transfers, laundry, shoe shining, serving guests in the lounge / library / bar for breakfast, high tea and cocktail hours
- Operational activities – ensure rooms & public areas are clean, report deviance’s to RDM; create a sense of presence by maintaining a high degree of visibility with guests & staff
- Administration – record of guest requirements, log books recorded as needed
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license preferably with PDP
- 2 years’ experience in a 5* hotel in front office / reception / porters or F&B environment – essential
- Fully computer literate
- Butler training – essential
