OUTENIQUA FARMERS’ MARKET
Set in a magnificent park – the Outeniqua Farmers’ Market is located opposite the Garden Route Mall on the N2 (take the Sasol Garage turn-off in Kraaibosch).
Market lovers can shop at about 80 food and craft stalls offering produce and goods created by local farmers and skilled craft people. From berries to bread and fish to flowers.
Open every Saturday and on all public holidays, except religious holidays, from 08:00 to 14:00.
ORGANIC: TIMBERLAKE VILLAGE
Timberlake is a market-style village located on the N2 halfway between Wilderness and Sedgefield. Food lovers will thoroughly enjoy the hearty country-style food which supports slow food principles.
The village features an organic garden, coffee shops, food shops, nursery, pub and fairy garden.
There are extensive kids’ facilities – a race track, jungle gym, trampoline and friendly goats. The Timberlake Express barrel train operates from Tuesdays to Sundays and departs from the station next to the Wild Woods Adventure Castle at the times indicated.
