The restaurant is open from 06h30 for delicious buffet breakfasts or lunches, and from 18h00 for a la carte and buffet dinners.  Patrons can enjoy great service in a wonderful setting.

   The Grill Room

The Grill Room Restaurant is situated in the Premier Hotel Regent and is a warm and intimate restaurant.  The Grill Room is open for special events and for a buffet lunch on the 1st Sunday of every month.

The Calabash Restaurant

The Calabash Restaurant in the ELICC is situated on the first floor and provides lunches for all conference delegates.  It is conveniently located for easy access and prompt service directly into the auditorium and conference rooms.

For large dining events such as Gala dinners, we offer a variety of pre-designed menus or custom menus (on consultation). We can comfortably accommodate and cater for capacities ranging from 10 to 600 delegates simultaneously in multiple venues.
