Visiting the New Germany Nature Reserve
Break away from city life…
Visit the New Germany nature reserve to enjoy some fresh air and relaxation.
Be sure take a picnic basket, refreshments and water to stay hydrated. Don’t forget to put on your walking shoes – 110 hectares can be quite overwhelming when walking in the wrong shoes.
You can also be sure to see many species of bird life “fauna and flora” as well as some small animals like: blue duikers, impala and mongoose; so take with your camera, bird books and binoculars.
The New Germany nature reserve is situated on the border of Pinetown and New Germany. You can expect some magnificent aerial views from a top, overlooking the New Germany and Pinetown area.
