One of those leaders is undoubtedly Jacqueline Pillay, a woman in a man’s world who started her construction and maintenance company, Jas Jian 11 years ago with one employee and a loan from family. Today she runs a multi million rand company, employs 125 people, mostly artisans, and has built up an impressive reputation in her industry.
