T Barge
T Barge is an artificial reef, sunk by the Oceanic Research Institute in 1990, about 2 kilometers off Virginia Airport. It is 30 meters X 20 meters X 3 meters in size, comprising 48 compartments. This is a popular fishing spot – carry a knife in case of entanglement.
The maximum depth is 30 meters. This is home to bait fish and a large variety of reef fish including longfin batfish, lion fish, brindle bass, guitar fish and pineapple fish. Moray eels, scorpionfish, moorish idols, fusiliers and paper fish have been spotted here. There is a lot of coral growth on the wreck.
This is a boat dive.
