It’s been a while, but we’re back! Skin Renewal in Durban is finally open. We’re very pleased to say our team is ready and waiting to help you with our full-service offering. Better yet, we’ve made every effort to ensure your visit meets all the stringent health and safety standards of the World Health Organisation.

Your safety comes first

When you next pay us a visit, you’ll notice things have changed quite a bit, but you’ll still feel just as comfortable as you do safe. For starters, on arrival, an appointed safety officer will run you through a health check at the door. This will include taking your temperature and requesting that you use the hand sanitizer and disposable shoe covers that we’ll provide you with. You’ll also be required to wear a mask. However, should you arrive without one, we’ll give you one of our very comfortable fabric masks.Once inside, you’ll notice that we’ve removed the furniture, décor and bedding. This makes it much easier for us to sanitise everything in a way that keeps you safe. Our whole team has been trained to regularly disinfect all our surfaces and adhere to strict personal hygiene and social distancing protocols.

Just a few things to note – we’re only operating by appointment. Just arrive ten minutes beforehand to allow time for our safety measures upon entry. We request that you remove all your jewellery before your visit and only bring the essentials with you. We also won’t be serving any beverages, so if you’re wanting something to drink, it’s best to bring a water bottle.
