Glenwood High School – James Dwyer Memorial Cup

The James Dwyer Memorial Cup was donated by his family in his memory. (James died in action in Afghanistan in 2006 whilst serving in the British Army. ) It is an annual contest between the Old Boys and the School in a chosen sport.

This year the Glenwood 1st team water polo played against a star-studded Old Boys team that included 2 Protea players in Donn Stewart and Scott Mantle. The game was keenly contested and played in a great spirit . In the end the final result of 11 – 11 was a fair reflection of the game.
