Elsa Pooley’s talk on Saturday at Crocworld Conservation
On Saturday August 17th, Crocworld Conservation Centre hosted their latest speaker in a series of conservation talks launched earlier this year. The lecture was presented by well-loved author Elsa Pooley, a renowned landscaper and botanical artist known particularly for her work with indigenous species. The talk was well supported and fully booked; Pooley focussed on educating locals about the challenges and advantages of indigenous gardening on the coast. The next Crocworld Conservation Centre talk will take place on 14 September with Dave Allen giving a lecture about birding.
