Western Cape Blood Service starts charity drive…
The Western Cape Blood Service (WCBS) has taken a commendable step forward with the launch of its first-ever charity initiative, ‘The Extra Drop,’ to benefit local charities in the province, reports Cape {town} Etc.
The charity programme aims to enhance blood donation efforts in the region and extend donors’ goodwill, directly benefiting local charities within the province.
‘We are incredibly excited to launch The Extra Drop. Every donation can now be a stepping stone to building stronger communities and supporting our most vulnerable citizens. It’s a fantastic way to turn one good deed into many,’ says Michelle Vermeulen, head of Marketing and Public Relations at the WCBS.
