Take note of these road closures in the Western Cape this festive season
Western Cape Minister of Infrastructure, Tertuis Simmers, has advised road users to be aware of upcoming closures and disruptions to major routes across the province as upgrades and maintenance work are scheduled during the festive season, Cape {town} Etc reports.
According to a media release, Simmers expects that thousands of people will be travelling across the province.
‘It is for this reason that we work very hard to maintain and upgrade our road infrastructure to ensure the safety of all road users.
‘Some of these projects are still under way,’ Minister Simmers said.
