Capetonian chef to cook at prestigious UK gourmet festival
Chef Patron Ivor Jones of Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia has been invited to cook at Northcote Obsession 25 in England’s Ribble Valley, in the United Kingdom.
Jones will be one of 21 world-class chefs, with twenty-seven Michelin stars between them, to attend the prestigious gourmet festival, which will take place over seventeen nights in January and February, reports Cape {town} Etc.
Jones will take over the kitchen at Northcote, the luxury Lancashire hotel and Michelin-starred restaurant, on Friday, 7 February.
