We bring you a little Winter toning workout that can be done in 30-40 minutes from the comfort of your own home with great results!
Winters are always tough months to motivate yourself to go to the gym especially when is cold (I use that word loosely as I’m from the UK) and wet outside.

All you need is a mat, gym ball and a couple of weights… and a bit of motivation.
1. Roll ups (1 minute)

Roll up B
2. Bicep curls standing on one leg (30 Seconds each side)
3. Squat and Press (1 minute)
4. Swimming (1 minute)
5. Shoulder press standing on one leg (30 Seconds each side)
6. Rear lunge and Bicep curl (1 Minute)
7. Bicycle sit ups (1 Minute)
8. Chest press on swiss ball (1 Minute)
9. Goblet Squat (1 Minute)
10. Superman extensions (1 Minute)
11. Single arm row on swiss ball (30 Seconds each side)
12. Hip Rolls (1 Minute)
Repeat this workout for 2 or 3 more times, 2 or 3 times a week.
This little workout should keep you in shape during the winter months and keep the energy levels up.
