Tamryn Jones & Amy Larter featuring folk & jazz in Cape Town
Tamryn Jones – Amy Larter
Colab Tour 23rd – 29th June
Tamryn Jones (Southern Gypsy Queen) and Amy Larter have been singing together since their teens. After several years apart pursuing various projects, these two Eastern Cape born stunners will be reuniting in Cape Town in June.
Tamryn Jones will be introducing the Capetonian public to her new folk inspired solo sound and Amy Larter will be sharing some of the songs that will be on her first jazz pop album due to be released in September 2013.
Combining their musical talents, their abilities to harmonise and bringing their own personal style to each gig, the public can expect to be taken on a rich and diverse musical journey.
A journey that will leave the audience both jamming along and inwardly reflective as each of these ladies reveals what makes them tick and entertains with their rich vocals and complex compositions.
To experience the magic, pop in to watch Amy and Tamryn as they perform at Alma café on Sunday the 23rd of June. Join them for a dinner session at Manna Epicure on Wednesday the 26th of June and have a beer or glass of wine with them after their performance at &Union on Saturday the 29th of June.
