When you own a holiday home or investment property far away from your main residence, its day-to-day upkeep can be a headache.

Our sole purpose is to relieve you of the burden of maintenance, repairs and improvements. We’ll ensure that your property is professionally and competently managed and cared for in your absence and, most importantly, keep you constantly informed of progress. Effective communication is one of our core skills.

In addition to regular cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance, we can undertake internal and external repairs and home improvements – plus special projects such as landscaping and building extensions.

We’ll do everything required to prepare your home in readiness for your return or to welcome visitors.

Rental services

If you currently rent your home out to visitors, or are considering holiday letting as a useful source of income, you’ll find our rental services invaluable.

We can draw up contracts, manage your rental diary, check potential clients’ credentials, organise deposits and payments, greet tenants on arrival and familiarise them with the property, its equipment and appliances. Flowers, provisions and additional cleaning services can also be organised.
