Sometimes the week just catches you by surprise and leaves you feeling tired and stressed. Get Active – Go for a run, take a spinning class, walk the dog, play tennis…whatever it is that you enjoy that gets your blood flowing. Exercise works wonders for lowering stress levels and the boost of endorphins is always a welcome bonus.
