Ripple Hill Hotel is located in the agricultural town of Patensie on the cusp of the Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve, a mere 70km’s from Port Elizabeth.
Originally built in 1946, the hotel oozes charm with its high ceilings and wooden floors. Baviaanskloof Nature Conservancy offers tremendous hiking trails and nature walks for viewing magnificent scenery and indigenous fauna and flora. Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay are nearby with their pristine beaches, shopping malls and restaurants. Golfers will enjoy a game at the Links Golf Course. Pack a picnic basket and feast at the picnic spot at the foot of the enormous Kouga Dam.

Directions: From PE drive on the N2 westbound (towards Humansdorp/Cape Town) and take the R331 exit (Hankey sign posted). Drive 30 km until you reach the town of Hankey. Drive through Hankey on the R331 for another 14km which will lead you into Patensie where the Ripple Hill Hotel is located in Paul Ferreira Street and is well sign posted within Patensie.
