We are looking for a strong minded hospitality/restaurant driven candidate to fill the position of Food & Beverage Manager in a very busy environment. Person must have people skills be able to liase with management, chefs, clients and staff in a professional manner. The position is operations based, the chosen candidates will work restaurant hours and weekends. Please see below

Must be proactive and take iniatives

Responsible for opening and closing procedures

Have excellent communication skills

Responsible for Stocktake and Stock Controll

Be a good team player, motivate staff

Have great selling skills

In charge of maintenance, hygiene, and safety

Must have a good knowledge of meat cuts and cutting of meat.

Excellent computer skills

Attend meetings with HOD’s

Always come up with ideas to improve the standards
