Let’s start with the food – chef Gordon Manuel is focused on serving up meals to remember with his style of traditional French cuisine embracing superb local fresh produce. The menus are set to be small, seasonal and superb.
Then the venue – The Venue at South Hills can accommodate up to 80 guests inside (with a dance floor) and up to 240 guests under canopy, outside on the lawn.
Where to sleep – there is a luxurious four bedroom villa on the property, as well as a romantic honeymoon cottage set in the seclusion of an indigenous garden beside a dam.
