Mossel Bay Deep Sea Adventures and Fishing Charters
Mossel Bay Deep Sea Adventures offer their clients a true deep sea fishing experience. The owners, skippers and crew are experienced in the fishing charter business and their expertise leads to successful, fun filled trips and excellent customer loyalty. A day out at sea exposes you not only to great fishing but also to the diverse ecosystem of dolphins, seals, sharks, whales and a wide variety of seabirds including the albatross.
The boats – the best rigged 8m Butt Cats in Mossel Bay – are chartered for up to 10 passengers (Dreamcatcher) or 12 passengers (Nikita). Private charters can be arranged. The boats have maintained a 100 % safety record. The launch and journey is safe and dry which makes for care free fishing fun along our scenic coastline.
All the fish you catch can be taken home to show off to the family and friends. This is of course subject to size and bag limits. The fish most commonly caught in our waters are, Red roman, Red Stump nose, Santer, Red Steenbras, Carpenter, Kabeljou/Cob, Shad, Bonito and sharks. Please be aware that every person must be in possession of a valid recreational fishing licence.
We love children and welcome them aboard from the age of eight. Younger children are not barred but may not enjoy the experience as much as parents imagine. But from eight the magic of a sea trip is a wonderful experience. They must always wear a life jacket and are the responsibility of their parents or guardian whilst aboard.
