Le Roux Townhouse, Oudtshoorn, Klein Karoo
The Le Roux Townhouse is a fine example of a feather palace built by a wealthy ostrich farmer, John Le Roux.
Designed in 1908 by the well-known Oudtshoorn architect, Charles Bullock the sandstone townhouse is lavishly appointed and still furnished with much of the original furniture. It also features unique Art Nouveau stained glass panels.
