Easter Cooking Demo at Hirschs Fourways
Recently Hirsch’s Fourways held a fun-filled Demo for Easter, with the central theme being….. Chocolate! Commented Hirsch’s Sharron Dingle “Hosting the event was the talented Kim Shelly Colvert who owns and runs Hornbill Creations. She specialises in teaching cooking courses to domestic workers and anybody else needing her assistance in the Fourways/Sandton area. She had plenty of tasting opportunities woven into the morning and people were also encouraged to join in and actively participate. She showed us 4 amazing dishes from cashew cherry and chocolate squares, to a chocolate explosion mug and a flapjack stack with cream, strawberries and chocolate and finally we had the pleasure of entertaining the little ones with cupcake decorating. A lot of fun was had and a lot was also learned by all who attended.”
