Our Executive Chef Hanroe Erasmus acquired these international BBQ skills after travelling and cooking in the USA. Favorites include North Carolina pulled pork, Texan beef ribs, Charleston chicken thighs, a unique Tennessee competition plate along with Three Woods rib taster plate and lastly our decadent Arkansas beef dripping fried chips. The USA BBQ technique is unique as it is a smoking process done over a long slow cooking period. The result is simply … spectacular!
Saturday Night Live Show Kitchen in The Meadow Green Restaurant

Our Saturday Night Menu allows for guests to be served from the central cooking station. Our resident pianist performs her sultry “Norah Jones and company” while our diligent staff cater to your every need. The entire buffet is a Chef’s theatre where you can see the foods being freshly cooked, plated and then, while you relax and enjoy our spectacular range of wines on offer by the glass from our vinoteque walk in cellar. The menu offers an option of either a 5 course plated seafood or plated meat option.

Tshukudu Mongena Game Lodge (Hammanskraal)
Take a trip to the game reserve and let the chefs spoil the dad in your life with a spit braai and potjiekos lunch in the bush. Dishes will include homemade breads, creamy mushroom-and-biltong soup, venison potjie, mealie bake, whole lamb on the spit, and a tempting dessert selection.
