Woofstock Music Festival
Jacaranda FM’s radio personality Kriya Gangiah spent her 26th birthday at the Harlequins Rugby Club in Groenkloof basking in the warmness of the sun enjoying the company of family, friends and her cute toy pom, Zara.
Rubber Duc played their tunes on stage and the adults chilled eating and drinking.
The dogs were spoiled with goodies like the doggy cones from one of the food stalls Pipping Hot, Le York Boutique and Grooming Spar pampered the four legged furries with a pedicure and we mostly think they just loved being out spotting other dogs.
Sunday the 8th of March was a day mostly for man’s best friend because the proceeds made from everyone participating at the Woofstock 2015 music festival will be donated to an animal rescue organisation called Pet Empowerment in Townships (PETS) which will use the money to cover their vet fee.
“I decided to host this charity event to raise funds for PETS vet bill, they do fantastic work.
We’ve raised R15 000 so far but we are aiming for R25 000,” said Kriya.
Here are snapshots of Kriya’s charitable birthday:
