Fishing spots at Robberg Beach and Central Beach Areas
These spots comprise Robberg Beach, Beacon Isle Rocks, Hobie Beach and Lookout Rocks.
Robberg and Hobie beaches are typical of surf fishing, and the early morning and evenings produce the best results.
Beacon Isle Rocks and Lookout rocks provide a higher vantage point from which to cast.
Parking for Robberg Beach is at the Beacon Isle Hotel or along Beachy Head Drive. Access is easy. Parking for Beacon Isle Rocks is also at the hotel. Parking for Hobie Beach is at Central Beach and parking for Lookout rocks and Hobie Beach is at the end of Meeding Crescent. This is also the home of the Plett Ski Club, where a light lunch and refreshments are available.
