Keurbooms River Lodge – Complex Manager
The Body Corporate of Keurbooms River Lodge in Plettenberg Bay, is seeking a dynamic, suitably skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Complex Manager.
The incumbent will work in beautiful natural surroundings, enjoy a pleasant working environment and will report to the appointed Trustee. He will assume responsibility for all functions necessary to keep Keurbooms River Lodge well maintained and presentable, fully functional, secure and safe and will maintain a good and close working relationship with the Body Corporate, sectional title owners, guests, contractors, his subordinates and the Body Corporate’s managing agents.
Key Performance Areas:
Prepare & Manage Operation Budget
Maintain Infrastructure, Plant & Equipment
Manage & Control Security Systems
Represent Body Corporate at Two Local
Home Owners Associations
Maintain Gardens & Natural Environment
Handle Sourcing & Procurement
Recruit, Manage, Motivate & Control Staff
Monitor Compliance of Body Corporate rules
Job Requirements
Computer literacy, good interpersonal skills
A drivers license
Proven verbal and written communication skills as well as all round “Handyman” skills are essential
Abilities that would be an advantage but not essential, include past experience as manager of a resort or sectional title scheme, industrial relations skills and experience.
