Explore the winding roads of the Garden Route
The Garden Route is home to some of the most beautiful scenery and stunning views in South Africa.
You don’t have to travel far from home to find wide open spaces filled with crashing waves on world-class beaches and fields of lush vegetation.
The Garden Route is the name given to the 150km stretch of road between Mossel Bay in the Western Cape and Storms River in the Eastern Cape.
Along the way you’ll pass some of the most picturesque small towns in South Africa – George, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.
These are the towns which lead to dreams of early retirement, weekend cottages and extended vacations.
Pack up and go
If you’ve been itching for a weekend away, the Garden Route is an ideal destination.
