Four members of local kettle bell gym, K-Fit are currently competing against more than 200 000 international athletes in the open section of the annual CossFit Games. The CrossFit Games is considered the world’s premier fitness test and since its inception in 2007 has become exceptionally popular all over the world.
The athletes compete in 5 grueling tests over 5 weeks. The top competitors will advance to the next stage which is regionals.

10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern
