Queen Elizabeth National Park, Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal Midland

The Queen Elizabeth National Park is situated in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal and serves as the Headquarters for the KwaZulu-Natal nature conservation service (KZN Wildlife). The small reserve is home to Impala, Bushbuck, Blesbok, Zebra, Grey and Blue Duiker and Rock Hyrax. The Crown Eagle is also a frequent visitor to the reserve. Numerous indigenous and exotic plants grow throughout the Park as well as several rare Cycad species and endangered Hilton Daisies.

There is no accommodation at the park, but it does offer three barbeque facilities and the self-guided, family friendly, iDube Trail that takes visitors through the reserve. There is also an environmentally friendly bird garden to keep the little ones occupied. The reserve provides a fantastic outdoor, family venue.
