Win a 12-day, self-drive adventure through Namibia
This once-in-a-lifetime adventure package for you and three friends/family members, in your own 4×4, takes you on a guided trail through the diverse and enthralling Namibian landscape and the wildlife sanctuary of Etosha National Park.
Your group heads north to the spectacular Brandberg, via the Cape fur seal colony at Seal Point. A guided walk up the Brandberg mountain reveals ancient Bushman rock engravings and paintings in this sacred canyon.
Next is a drive through the desolate Skeleton Coast National Park and a visit to the ghost mine at Toskanini. From there it’s off to Damaraland, one of Namibia’s most scenic areas, with prehistoric watercourses, open plains and grassland, massive granite koppies, petrified forests and game species such as the desert elephant, black rhino, ostrich and springbok.
Your Namibian adventure culminates in four days of game viewing in the magnificent Etosha National Park, known for its abundant wildlife and the massive mineral pan that dominates it. Living permanently around the pan are thousands of blue wildebeest, springbok, zebra, kudu, hartebeest, eland, oryx, giraffe, elephant, lion and black rhino. There are also some 325 species of birds.
