“Look deep into the eyes of any animal, and then for a moment, trade places, their life becomes as precious as yours and you become as vulnerable as them. Now smile if you believe all animals deserve our respect and our protection, for in a way, they are us, and we are them.” – Philip Ochoa Board Member, ALL FOR ANIMALS
Our weekly sweeties are:
GORGEOUS CHLOE is still waiting for a home… I am a young female Calico cat. I’m very quiet and gentle by nature. Things at the HAWS cattery are a bit busy for me and I am longing for a home where I could curl up on a comfy chair with an owner who loves me. PLease call 028 3121281
HANDSOME DODGE is still waiting for his owners to claim him!! This lovely staffie/lab was brought in by law enforcement almost a week ago. He is super affectionate! Please call our kenels to claim him – he wants to go home. 028 3121281
WE ARE REPOSTING THIS – PUSSLES is still hoping for someone to help her live out her pension years This gorgeous lady Pussles had a sad and abrupt change in her life when her beloved owner had a stroke and now in frail care, and then her dog companion was adopted out leaving her alone. She cried a lot in the beginning but is settling down. She is at present still in her own house with the house caretaker Connie looking after her, but the house will soon be sold and we don’t want to put Pussles down. She is 12 years old, really sweet and affectionate, a quiet girl who just wants a lap and a quiet home for a few years. She is too old to adjust to dogs who will chase her or other cats who will fight with her. A kind lady from CT has offered to see if her cat will mix with Pussles but we are hoping a local person will appear in case it doesn’t work out in CT. Can you help please. Call Judy 082 7407279 or 028 3140904.. SHe is in the Westcliff area, Hermanus for now.
DENZIL looking very handsome these days – this 6 month old teen Collie X teen is still hoping to catch someone’s eye. He is is the run with the rest of the crowd always asking to be noticed and to have the ball thrown please!! He came in as a straggly stray months ago! To adopt please call 028 3121281 or 076 9632092
