Reporting municipal issues and faults in the Helderberg
In order to respond efficiently to residents’ maintenance needs, the City has a reporting system in place which is rated as the best in SA in the public sector and the third best in SA in terms of both the private and public sectors.
C3 notifications refer to an electronic tracking system that effectively monitors progress on service delivery, including issues such as leaking water meters, mowing of vegetation, tree trimming, outages of street lights, meter reading and dumping on public open spaces.
By reporting faults, complaints, vandalism and theft of City property, residents can play their part in realising the well-run city we are striving for. Likewise, by providing various reporting channels to residents, the City can ensure that services are delivered promptly and efficiently, in line with its commitment to being a responsive City.
