In the August 2013 Issue of Gordon’s Bay Reviews
With all the excitement of Winter Wonderland behind us, what, I wondered, could we find for an interesting front page story for this month’s Reviews. But, as is the magic of Gordon’s Bay, something quite unexpected came in; two different stories about caves on the mountain. And apparently there are quite a few other caves in the region, but that is a story for another time.
There is important information regarding the use of cell phones while driving and news about a number of interesting events coming up in time for spring.
We are featuring three more of our wonderful Gordon’s Bay Artists, a write-up about Business Forum’s entrepreneur of the month, and a fond farewell to a well known Gordon’s Bay resident, ‘Prof’ Schneider.
There are articles on the environment, coins, birds, history, law and business and if that’s not enough, don’t miss our another delightful anecdote from the pen of Mike Valentine. There’s plenty to keep you reading this month, so get your copy of the Gordon’s Bay Reviews and as August is traditionally our coldest month, stay warm.
See you all in September,
Lynn
