Our client requires the successful candidates to handle the following duties:
- Check guests in / out
- Assist with reservations
- Assist with room checks – prior to check in
- Guest Relations
- Manage guest portfolio’s
- Daily front office administration including petty cash
- Will be required to work shifts
- Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Certificate / diploma in tourism or hospitality
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Computer literate – Semper / Opera / Knghtsbridge
Soft Skills:
- Customer service driven
- honest, reliable, proactive
- Ability to use own initiative
- Profit driven
- Ability to up-sell services
Salary: R5000.00
