Our client requires the successful candidates to handle the following duties:

• Check guests in / out
• Assist with reservations
• Assist with room checks – prior to check in
• Guest Relations
• Manage guest portfolio’s
• Daily front office administration including petty cash
• Will be required to work shifts
• Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Certificate / diploma in tourism or hospitality
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Computer literate – Semper / Opera / Knghtsbridge

• Customer service driven
• honest, reliable, proactive
• Ability to use own initiative
• Profit driven
• Ability to up-sell services

Salary: R5000.00
