A beautifully located Boutique Hotel is looking for a Senior Butler to join their exclusive, upmarket 5* team in George.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Assume full responsibility of the property and operations, staff supervision, butlers, service assistants and room attendants
• Guest Relations – ensuring the guest is comfortable at all times, ensuring butlers follow the correct procedures; noting the guest movements and activities, attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the guest’s demand, coordinating guest stay and activities
• Extra special care services – valet, housekeeping and suite duties; F&B service in suite
• Front office duties – updating guest profiles & preference; ensuring bill is accurate; stock take

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in hospitality or tourism or relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license – PDP preferred
• 3 years’ experience in a 5* hotel in Front Office / Reception / Porters or F&B environment
• Computer literate essential
• Butler training essential
