Are you interested in having your B&B staff learn the Nitty Gritty of cooking and baking. We are hosting a cooking course that spans over a three week period starting Wednesday 6 June.
For anyone, especially B&B and Guesthouse owners.

Baking of scones: Sweet & Savoury (Cinnabon’s)
Egg Dishes:
- Eggs Benedict
- French toast and bacon wrap toasties
- Phyllo spinach egg baskets
- Bacon Banting Baskets
- Quiche Lorraine (bacon and egg)
- Huevos Ranches
- Breakfast omelette wraps
- Giant aioli (garlic mayo) Parmesan mushrooms with creamy scramble eggs
Homemade muesli layered with Greek yoghurt and fruit salad or berry compote
Buttermilk rusks and nutty wheat rusks
Best homemade soft breakfast / dinner rolls ever
Cappuccino & White chocolate muffins
Course to be prepared over a 3 week period @ R1500-00 per person (includes a free 100 page colour recipe book & recipes cooked during the course).
First 3 Wednesdays of June (6,13 and 20th) 09H00 – 12H00.
